To continue to strengthen the burden of raising up Birmingham as a solid testimony, we will be co-hosting a one-week God-ordained way training with the church in Birmingham from 23-28 April. This time is for all who would like to be trained in the God-ordained way, and specifically for those who are open to, considering, or in the process of migrating to Birmingham. The first-year FTTL trainees will also join this training.
The training will begin with registration at 5pm on Tuesday, 23 April, followed by dinner and an introductory evening meeting. The following three days will all begin with morning revival and two God-ordained way classes. After lunch and a time of corporate prayer, teams will be sent out for gospel activities at university campuses, the city centre, and key neighbourhoods around the saints’ homes. The evenings will be filled with participation in the church life in the homes and in the church meetings.
The gospel labour during the week will culminate in an all-day Saturday event. Distributing flyers around the city, personal invitations, and phone calls to existing contacts can all be ways to invite new ones to this all-day event. Attendants will then stay over Saturday evening to join the church in Birmingham for the Lord’s day morning meetings and the event will finish at 2pm that afternoon.
This one-week training requires registration and the cost will be the same as the one-week trainings at Bower House (£150—inclusive of meals and accommodation).
